Before It Is Gone III

Has anyone done a critical review of developer presentations before Annapolis P&Z and Planning Commission and the final project. I am willing to bet that the gap is enormous. If developers never have to pay a price for their bait and switch tactics they will never change.

The SAYC project is a good example of this ” public heartfelt and earnest presentation” and their true plans.

Our Say piece from July 14th and asked if we should write LTEs in support of continued water access for the community at SAYC.  I think it all helps.  capletts@capgaznews.com  Keep it under 250 words.
Also attached is the Planning Commission’s January 6, 2017 letter spelling out the water access condition of approval for the site.
